HISTORY

Capo or Boss is the head of the Clan, which is divided up into
separate groups known as “clan” in the Camorra organizational
structure.

Since the early 1980s and its involvement in the drug trafficking
industry, particularly in Spain, the Camorra has established a
sizable presence in other European countries. Drugs can enter
Europe more easily because Camorra clans have strong ties to
South American drug Cartels.
