Scope of Work : Scope of work will be as follows:

1) 200 MM thick RCC Flooring of M20(1:1.5:3) grade for the Lube Oil shade (30mtr X 10 Mtr floor area) with proper sloping having 10 mm dia
single square mesh reinforcement @200 mm c/c, over the existing PCC flooring.
2) Removal of Lube Oil racks from current position and repositioning during RCC flooring so that floor level is same as Rack Bottom Channel level.
Final leveling and alignment of racks is included in the scope.
3) Erection of 3ft height & 250 mm wide brick guard wall(by 1:6 cement mortar) on 03 sides of lube oil shade (30 mtr +30 mtr + 10 mtr) with
cement plaster on the same by 1:6 cement mortar 20 mm thick, having openings for drainage.
4) RCC flooring for Hydra access from open end of shade. Specification of RCC will be same as mentioned in Pt. no.1
5) The above scope is indicative and not exhaustive. Any other minor job required in addition, shall have to be carried out by the vendor as per
discretion of the controlling officer Main Store STPS WBPDCL.
