General Provisions:
Decorations not included in the package however we do accept outside/freelance
decorators/artists.
The reserving party must have to sign the Banquet Contract before the confirmation of the
event reservation.
Reservation must be done at least one (1) month before the event. Suppliers meeting together
with the couple/celebrant must be scheduled after the reservation.

Other Provisions:

 The organizer/couple shall provide the resort the copy of their program a day before the
event.
 The clients, decorators and the rest of the guests must be aware of the standards, rules
and regulations of the resort as per indicated in the contract.
 In case of excess, the menu shall be Chef’s discretion.
 Tables and chairs setup will be done on the time the contact person made the request
for excess.
 In case of complaints, the clients’ representative must approach the resort’s banquet
supervisor for verification.
 The resort’s banquet supervisor shall set a meeting with the organizer before the event
for the finalization of the flow of the ceremony/reception and for other special requests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


 Blocking fee – 5000php (refundable after the event)
 50% down payment on the initial reservation (cancellation fee) and the remaining balance shall
be settled 3days before the event.
 Additional charges incurred on the day of the event must be paid right after the event.
