ABSOLUTE WAIVER OF RIGHTS

OVER A REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed made and executed by JOSE BENIDO, of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen, and residing at Poblacion West, Lamut, Ifugao, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY, in favor of her wife ERLINDA B. BENIDO, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen, and residing at Poblacion West, Lamut, Ifugao, hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTIY;

W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT, the FIRST PARTY is the owner in fee simple of a parcel of Agricultural
land on which a One (1) Storey Building is constructed, which Building is more particularly
described as follows:

A One (1) Storey, II-B situated at Poblacion West, Lamut,Ifugao with


Floor Area of 92 SQUARE METERS, constructed on an Agricultural Land
particularly described as Lot No. 193, Pls-61 ;Beginning at a point marked “1”
of Lot 193,Pls-61,being (T) N. 43-30 W; 526.09 m. from BLBM No. 3,Pls -
61;thence:
N. 75-44 W;29.21 m. to point 2;
N. 32-48 E; 20.52 m. to point 3;

THAT, for and in consideration of the liberality of Mr. JOSE BENIDO, subject to
reasonable terms as may be just , hereby WAIVE, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in a
manner that is absolute and irrevocable, unto the MRS. ERLINDA BENIDO, that
aforedescribed One (1) Storey Building constructed on LOT193,Pls-61 located at
Poblacion West,Lamut,Ifuago;

THAT, the FIRST PARTY hereby warrant their title over the above-described parcel
of land, with full right to dispose it, free from all liens and encumbrances, and that henceforth,
full right of ownership and possession shall pertain to the SECOND PARTY, her heirs or
assigns; and that, the FIRST PARTY hereby warrants that the foregoing parcel of land does
not fall under any provision of any Agrarian Reform or Leasehold Laws;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 9 TH day of
March 2010 at Lagawe, Ifugao, Philippines.

Mr. JOSE BENIDO and MRS. ERLINDA BENIDO, with their respective CTCs as indicated
above below their respective names, together their above-named witnesses, who are known
to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument which they
acknowledged before me as their free and voluntary act and deed.

This deed pertains to an Absolute Waiver of Rights Over a Real Property, consisting
of two (2) pages including this page whereof this acknowledgment is written.
