Deckers North Korean Labor and Audit Access Policy
To all manufacturers of branded UGG merchandise:

Effective immediately, Deckers, the licensor for the UGG license, forbids the use of North Korean
workers in any capacity during the manufacture of UGG branded merchandise. This is a zero-
tolerance violation. (automatic termination.)
Also effective immediately, Deckers reserves the right to conduct unannounced audits at any
facility registered to produce UGG branded merchandise.
Refusal to allow the auditors access to
thepremises is also a zero tolerance violation.

China Xinjiang Autonomous Province Policy

Pending legislation in the U.S. Congress will, if passed, prohibit the importation of
goods produced in the Xinjiang Autonomous Province of China.

In addition, our brands and customers are planning to forbid the importation of
goods from this province, in the same way that all goods produced with forced labor
from any country are already banned.

In light of these current developments in the marketplace, Britannica Home Fashions

Inc. and BHF International Limited (hereafter, “BHF”) hereby establish company policy
as follows:

1. Manufacturers contracting for the production of goods for BHF are expressly
prohibited from manufacturing in whole, or in any part, any of said contracted
goods in the Xinjiang Autonomous Province of China.

2. Manufacturers contracting for the production of goods for BHF are also strictly
prohibited from using raw materials, specifically cotton, sourced from the
Xinjiang Autonomous Province of China, regardless of the final country of origin
of said products.

3. Manufacturers are expressly forbidden from contracting BHF production in

factories using labor forcibly recruited from the Xinjiang Autonomous Province of
China, regardless of what province the manufacturing takes place in.

BHF will be actively auditing our manufacturing base to guarantee strict compliance
with this policy.

Manufacturers are required to create and maintain a due diligence chain of custody
tracing system to verify the origin of raw materials for each purchase order, including
invoices, bills of lading, lot tracing and mass conversion records, in order to guarantee
that the sources of production are documented and verifiable.
