• Instead of going for an outgoing logo, I went


for a simple logo that fits the theme of
technology.
• The logo shows the name of the store, and the
time while its open.
CUSTOMER ANALYSIS

• Chip’s Tech Center caters to people looking to get


into technology or anyone with technology needs
• The store will be very large, holding a large
selection of electronics for anyone to purchase
• There are a wide variety of budgets to work with
at the store
• We are expecting teens and adults to come here
more often than kids

CEO Manages the store and business, helps around in the store,
makes some decisions for the business MANAGEMENT
Director of Technology Makes sure everything within the store is working correctly,
will help anyone with tech questions AND
Marketing Manager Helps sell products and advertises for the company

Customer Analyst Analyses customers daily, deals with complaints or issues a
customer may have, reports back with feedback from
customers

Operations Manager Manages most store operations, makes sure staff is keeping
up and doing their work, also helps around with customers

Finance Manager Creates quarterly charts for business sales, helps finance
money and makes necessary purchases
