The buyer's consent is specifically required for the sale of any product or service.

Any acceptance of the seller's offer must be limited to acceptance only, and the seller

expressly rejects any further terms and conditions proposed by the buyer. Buyer will pay

seller the contract price and, if appropriate, for the services provided. Prices are subject

to change without notice, and any price increases are communicated to purchasers.

may cancel any unpaid portions of an order by contacting the seller in writing within ten

(10) days of receiving notification of the price increase. The seller guarantees that all

things manufactured by him or her will meet the seller's specifications at the time of

warranty if one is available.

For each item sold by PC Express, a guaranteed sticker indicating the date of

sale (month, day, and year) or a single serial number and a warranty slap with the

warranty start/end date of the product will be applied. The assembly seal or label

showing the assembly date and technician information must be present on all units

assembled by PC Express authorized technicians.

Furniture and Fixtures

To the original purchaser of furniture business items, the furniture business offers

a limited guarantee against faults in the material or craftsmanship of furniture

components. Any furniture that is made of inferior materials or has poor craftsmanship

will be fixed or replaced. Defects are defined as flaws in components that have a

significant impact on the product's use in this warranty.

This guarantee is good for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of initial purchase. After

this term, there will be charges for service calls, repairs, and any replacement parts.

The furniture that has been purchased must be maintained on a regular basis.

Please treat things from the furniture firm with the respect they deserve. It is critical to

treat and use this guarantee properly to protect customer rights.

Motorcycle

A brand-new motor vehicle is one that has been built entirely from new parts and

is covered by a manufacturer's express warranty at the time of purchase that it has

never been sold or registered with the Department of Transportation and

Communications (DOTC) or another appropriate agency or authority and has never

been operated on any Philippine highway or in any foreign state or country.

Some other documentation must also be prepared. Provide your own use if there

is no deed of sale. Also, write the letter with your name, the seller's name and the plate

number or file number of the MV if the motorcycle has yet no plates. This enables you to

ride home if you do the deal and the remaining paperwork you should ride with. If you

bring money, you can still return home with a motorcycle if the vendor is resolute on the

price of the ads. Stop shopping for a motorcycle if the seller does not have these

documents ready because they are better than sorry to be safe.
