IN RE: TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Dear Sir/Madam:

This is written in connection with our contract with you as a

Manpower Agency.

We noticed in our one (1) year of contract that you failed to provide
the financial assistance for our employees, such as 13th Month Pay,
Separation Pay, and other related monetary entitlements.

Due to this, we would like to informed you that our contract as a labor
only contractor in your company has already expired and we do not want to
renew it.

In view thereof, we decided to terminate our contracts with you, and

we hereby attest that, all of your present employees in ADV Pipe
Corporation have no rights to claim any entitlements with the FLESIE
MANPOWER SERVICES.

Please accept this Letter of Termination of Contract and be effective

on this 26th day of August 2022.
