SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ZAHARA U. KAMID, Filipino, of legal age, single and with


residence at Tanuel, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao Province, do hereby
name, appoint and constitute, KARNAIN MAMALANGKAS, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and a resident of Cotabato City, whose signature appears
below, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and my name,
place, and stead, for my own use and benefit, to do and perform any or all
of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:
1. To facilitate/process the acquisition of an e-title with the Register of
Deeds, a certain parcel of land, covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE NO. EP-010680 (DAR EMANACIPATION PATENT No. 00719008),
registered under the name of ZAHARA U. KAMID, Filipino and of legal
age, consisting an area of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Six
Square Meters (12,756 sq.m.), more or less and more particularly described
as follows:

Province of Maguindanao (Now Shariff Kabunsuan), Island of
Mindanao.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 447-M-7 on the NW,
along line 2-3 by Lot 447-M-9, along line 3-4 by Lot 447-M-10 on the
NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 447-M-5, along line 5-6 by Lot 447-M-4, on
the SE., along line 6-7 by Lot 447-M-3, and along line by Lot 447-M-
2, all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 59 deg. 02’ E.,

METERS (12,756 SQ.M.), more or less. Bearings true. Date of
Original Survey from August 1916-April 1917 and that of the
subdivision plan executed by Geodetic Engineer Lucilo V. Nazareth
on September 5-10, 2006 and approved on May 27, 2008. All points
referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground
by “PS” & “AR” are Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x40 cms. All corners not
otherwise marked are Old “BL” Conc. Mons.

2. To transact with the Landbank of the Philippines any outstanding


balance and/or Statement of Accounts in connection with the Voluntary
Offer of Sale, for and in my behalf, in connection with the above-described
property; 
3. To sign, execute, and deliver any and all documents in relation with
the foregoing and to apply for, and obtain any and all registrations,
clearances, licenses, permits, consents, and opinions to be issued by private
and government agencies, as may be required, including but not limited to,
the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Registry of Deeds of Cotabato City and
the City Assessor’s Office of Cotabato City and in all other relevant private
and government offices;

4. To make/deliver any payment to any private and government


offices in connection with the above-described property and to receive the
corresponding receipt therefor;

5. To claim and receive the Original Owner’s Duplicate copy of the


above described parcel of land, TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.
EP-010680 (DAR EMANACIPATION PATENT No. 00719008), in the name
of ZAHARA U. KAMID from the Registry of Deeds of Cotabato City;

6. To pay taxes and/or fees and other charges relative to the


transaction of the above-described property;

7. To process, apply for, and obtain any and all registrations,
clearances, licenses, permits, consents, and opinions to be issued by private
and government agencies, as may be required, including but not limited to,
the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Registry of Deeds of Cotabato City and
the City Assessor’s Office of Cotabato City and in all other relevant private
and government offices in connection with the above-described property;

8. To do and perform each and every act and thing which may be
requisite and necessary to carry out and implement the foregoing purposes; 
 

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact


full power and authority to do and perform each and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in or about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present.
