have a few housekeeping notes to make before we begin today's programmed.

BRY : Good afternoon! STIers, It is my pleasure to serve as your congress
emcee. Im Brialyn Jane Cagadas and Im Kaye Loraine Aladja, and on behalf
of the STI Tagum Council Leaders (STCL). I would like to extend a very warm
welcome to all of you. We are grateful that you have taken time out of your
hectic schedules to join us today.
KAYE : Partner, Why don't we make this afternoon not just wonderful but also
a day full of learning and new experiences.
BRY : Yes, partner, you know, we've anticipated this day for long enough. But
anticipation comes with painstaking effort, sleepless nights, and wishful
thoughts now come into reality. So what're we waiting for?
KAYE : The long wait is over. We welcome you to the closing program of STI
4Ps Pagpahanas ug Paglambo sa Pagkapangulo Program SY 2021-2022. This
is STI 4Ps Leaders Congress 2022. We hope you will learn a lot today. We
have lined-up for you to be fruitful and engaging.

Kaye: We'd like to begin this program with a prayer, followed by our national

BRY: To formally open this program, we are pleased to have Ms. Ciarra Ross
Daliva, our STCL President for SY 2021–2022, to deliver her opening remarks.

BRY : Today we are going to witness the oath-taking ceremony of the newly
elected STI Tagum Council Leaders (STCL) Officers for the school year 2022-
2023.
BRY : The Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher
Education (CHEd) acknowledge the important role that leadership plays in the
Philippine educational system. whose purpose is to train the students to
become better citizens in the future and to develop their leadership skills and
abilities in achieving quality education.
