1. IT IS NOT INTENDED THAT THE DRAWINGS SHALL SHOW EVERY PIPE
FITTING, VALVE AND APPURTENANCE. ALL SUCH ITEMS WHETHER
SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED OR NOT, OR INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS DIGESTIVE CHAMBER LEACHING LEACHING
SHALL BE FURNISHED AND INSTALLED IF NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE CHAMBER 1 CHAMBER 2
SYSTEM TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE OWNER.

2. ALL PLUMBING WORKS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MH MH MH


PROVISION OF THE NATIONAL PLUMBING CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES, THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL PLUMBING INSPECTION OFFICE, PERTINENT

SPECIFICATION. THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF ANY
DESCREPANCY FOUND THEREIN.

4. ALL PIPES SHALL BE INSTALLED AS INDICATED ON PLANS, ANY


SEPTIC TANK PLAN DETAILS

7. SIZE OF WATER SUPPLY PIPES TO FIXTURES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE


WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.

8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AT THE SITE,


COORDINATE THE WORKS WITH THE SEWER LINE EFFLUENT DISPOSAL
POINT AND WATER LINE SERVICE CONNECTING POINT, UNLESS OTHERWISE
SPECIFIED.

9. ALL FIXTURES SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY VENTED.

10. THE INVERT OF THE INLET PIPE OF A SEPTIC TANK SHALL BE AT A LEVEL
NOT LESS THAN 50.8mm (2") ABOVE THE INVERT OF THE OUTLET PIPE.

11. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF UNDERGROUND WATER SOURCE NO SEPTIC TANK SECTION DETAILS
SCALE: 1:100m
SEPTIC TANK SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED LESS THAN 1.20m ABOVE THE E
WATER TABLE LEVEL. 01

5. CONDUCTORS USED FOR GENERAL WIRING SHALL BE THHN
WIRE.
6. WIRING SHALL BE COLOR CODED.
7. MINIMUM SIZE OF CONDUCTOR SHALL BE USED FOR LIGHTING IS
2.0mm.sq.
8. LONG HOMERUNS SHALL BE USED LARGER WIRES TO AVOID
VOLTAGE DROP.
9. EQUIPMENT GROUNDING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ACU AND
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT.
10. THE SYSTEM VOLTAGE IS LINE-LINE, 3 PHASE
