    ITEM RATE LIST FOR CIVIL WORK

    restoration of footpath/ curb stone arround the excavated area.
    Providing, laying/ placing and finishing including shuttering and curing of Plain
    Cement Concrete (PCC) (1:4:8) (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 Stone aggregate). Rate is
    3 including all manpower, materials (except Cement), consumables, plant & Cum 5680.00
    machineries, transportation etc to complete the work in all respect. Cement will be
    issued by L&T.
    Providing, laying/ placing and finishing including shuttering and curing of Plain
    Cement Concrete (PCC) (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 Stone aggregate). Rate is
    4 including all manpower, materials (except Cement), consumables, plant & Cum 5440.00
    machineries, transportation etc to complete the work in all respect. Cement will be
    issued by L&T.
    Providing, laying/ placing and finishing including steel shuttering and curing of
    Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix (M25) including pre cast, Grouting of
    pockets & underpinning but excluding reinforcement steel. Rate is including all
    5 manpower, materials (except Cement), consumables, plant & machineries, Cum 8960.00
    transportation etc to complete the work in all respect. Sub-contractor have to ensure
    availability of required numbers of Cube molds for taking Cube samples for testing.
    Cement will be issued by L&T.

    Providing, laying/ placing and finishing including shuttering and curing of Plain
    Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 Stone aggregate). Rate is including all

    manpower, materials (except Cement), consumables, plant & machineries,
    transportation etc to complete the work in all respect. Cement will be issued by L&T.

    Cutting, Bending, Binding, Placing of Steel Reinforcement Steel. Rate is including all
    manpower, materials (except reinforcement steel), plant & machineries,
    7 MT 15000.00
    consumables, transportation etc to complete the work in all respect. Reinforcement
    steel will be issued by L&T.

    Local Sand filling and compaction around and under Foundation for backfilling of
    8 cable and pit as applicable. Rate is including all manpower, materials, plant & Cum 3200.00
    machineries, consumables, transportation etc to complete the work in all respect.
    Stone soling below foundations wherever specified in approved drawings. Rate is
    9 including all manpower, materials, plant & machineries, consumables, transportation Cum 2880.00
    etc to complete the work in all respect.
