    Good Day!

    Thank you very much for the job offer letter.

    I am glad and honored that you’ve accepted me for the Technical Consultant position and I am sorry to
    inform you that I will not be able to join your company at this time because My current organization is
    having an Onsite-opportunity for me , so on 14 March 2019 I will not be able to join your organization
    due to onsite opportunity with my current organization sincere apologies.

    I know I have cleared all rounds at the time of interview and got eligible for the respective post in your
    organization. However, please accept my apology for not being able to join your organization. I regret
    any inconvenience resulting from my decision.

    I hope to join your team sometime in the future should the opportunity arise. Your company has been
    very kind to me by giving this pleasure to work with you. Please try to understand my situation and
    accept my sincere apology.
