b. Enrolment of students is considered official only when a check payment is
C-ART 01 S C-PE 03-S cleared by the drawee bank and credited to the school’s account. Similarly,
C-SOC 03 C-PE 04-S subsequent check payments will be credited to the student’s account only
when cleared by the drawee bank.
