This cooperation has been made in order to form the basis of a partnership intended for gains in
PRODUCT trade, and the Parties desires to collaborate as follows;

A) PRODUCT AND AGREEMENTS

B) INTENDED AREAS OF COOPERATION AND TASKS;

The subject of the cooperation is based on; to product supply, promotions, transfer of
information of the product to the third parties which are private and/or public institutions,
organizations, establishments, ensuring sales transactions of the product in honestly and reliably
in line with
international commercial principles in Authorized domain.

 In this respect, the Parties have obligations and responsibilities below;

1) SELLER
Hereafter our side committed;
• To loyal and abide the all contracts between the parties,
• To provided and presented the real and legal documents which received the
necessary approval from the necessary institutions,
• To provide the product which aimed for sale according to the Sales Agreement with
purchasers, and deservedly finalization.

2) SUPPLER
Hereafter our side committed;
• To loyal and abide the all contracts between the parties,
• Presentation, promotions and transfer of provided information by the SELLER to the
related individuals, institutions and organizations in sale purpose,
• To provide a service between purchasers and the SELLER for information and completion
of the aimed sale, in the case of demand and providing of necessary conditions.

C) DURATION AND NOTICE

This statement has been signed and sealed by both Parties for a 2(two) years period, jointly
with completed agreements by the Parties which are stated in "PRODUCT AND AGREEMENTS"
paragraph/page no: 1 above. This Statement of Cooperation will expire at the end of this period.
Each Party may terminate this Statement of Cooperation by providing at least 60
Days notice to the other party.

D) USE OF TRADENAMES
The name, crests and logos of each party are the intellectual property of that Institution, and may
not be used without that each party's express written permission for each specific usage.
