Subject: Revised Procedure for ISO 14001:2015 - for review

Dear All Local Coordinator,

Thru : Plant in charges,

As you all aware of, International organization for Standards have upgraded
the existing Environment management system ISO 14001:2004 to 2015 version.
We have to transit to the new version before October 2018. Since our Wind
sites are due for recertification in the month of October 2017, we are
proposing for change over during this recertification process. All other hydro
& wind sites will be transferred to 2015 standards as and when surveillance
audit is scheduled.

In this regard, we have to retune our procedures to accommodate 2015 standard

requirements. As a first step, we have prepared 8 procedures and submitting
for your review/ comments. All are requested to go through the procedures and
send your comments positively.

Revised Formats, Lists & OCP will be circulated for your review soon.
