Studio Evolution Sales and Enrolment Advisor

Job Description

Do you love telling people about life-changing programs? Are you a sales superstar and want
to get inside the doors of a global education business? Do you like cake? We could be your
Dream Team...

Studio Evolution is an online global community for performing arts studio owners,
providing them with comprehensive step-by-step mentoring for creating profitable and
impactful studios. Our mission is to rewrite the story of studio ownership and give our
members the joy, freedom and financial success they need to thrive. Through Studio
Evolution, we want to connect, educate and empower studio owners to reach more
students and share with them the life-enriching benefits of the performing arts.

Purpose of Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, extremely consistent, has a
thick skin and can inspire potential in others. A cheeky sense of humour doesn’t hurt
either! In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and the General Manager to
manage the sales pipeline and engagement. You will be provided with a reporting schedule
to record your contacts, a current pipeline and training on where to engage with our
potential clients online and over the phone.

You will also act as a talent scout who will identify ideal members, interacting with our
community via social media to connect conversationally, with the end goal of enrolling
them into our flagship program Studio Evolution.

Outcomes and How Your Success will be Measured:

The Sales and Enrolment Advisor will use their gift of communication and nurturing to
enrol new members into Studio Evolution.

In this role you will:

● Enrol new members into Studio Evolution and ensuring they are the right fit for our
program.
● Maintain minimum Studio Evolution enrolment KPI’s per trimester which will be
supported by a database of hot leads supplied by our marketing team.
● Conduct active Enrolment Calls for people on our database who have already
expressed interest in Studio Evolution and educate them on the experience with the
intention of enrolling them. The program has evolved over the years and contains
more inclusions that previous enquiries may not know about.
● Thoroughly follow up with prospects with content to clearly share the value of
Studio Evolution with prospects, tailoring feedback to each prospect's needs and
concerns.
● Be flexible and available to jump on the phone and conduct enrolment calls
immediately after applications or call bookings are received.
● Act as a talent scout to identify our potential dream clients through social media
from their engagement and inviting them to a call.
● Use your discretion and integrity to know when to say no when an applicant is not a
good fit. We only want to work with students who are the right fit and your
judgement will be essential for this.
● Act as a fiercely passionate advocate for Studio Evolution and the transformational
results our programs create. We will connect with your real graduates so you can
see the transformations which have taken place before our eyes.
● Following the dedicated Facebook Groups, follow up with studio owners who are
ideal candidates for Studio Evolution and nurture their enrolment.
● Conduct conversational sales through social media with studio owners with the
specific intention of enrolling them into Studio Evolution. This includes
engagement with those who have commented on our posts, Facebook Ads and
Webinar attendees. Conversational sales is the pinnacle of our growth strategy and
require the salesperson to connect with studio owners. There will be peak times of
conversational sales for instance during our peak launch and webinar training
periods.
● Make our potential members feel held and heard during their sales calls. Go above
and beyond with your communication and encouragement to join our program. Once
they are in the gates they will receive this same amount of support and love from
our team so a consistent approach is paramount.
● Use your past experiences to relate on a personal level and authentically share how
enriching Studio Evolution will be to their studio business journey.
Attributes for Success

We are seeking a team member who will roll up their sleeves and dive in wholeheartedly. To
be successful in this role you must want to be immersed in our team culture and
demonstrate that you have:

● A belief in the life-changing benefits of the performing arts. Maybe you performed
as a child or have watched your child blossom through the arts.
● A true desire to serve with heart and impact. Studio Evolution is known to be the
home of studio owners. Our Sales and Enrolment Advisor must be incredibly
passionate about serving our industry, seeking to enrich the lives and businesses of
studio owners globally. Through this, we believe we can have a profound impact on
the arts education industry. The more clients we work with, the greater ripples we
can achieve. You are central to achieving this.
● You are driven to achieve Unstoppable Progress within your role, surpassing
minimum enrolment requirements and achieving higher and higher targets for
yourself. You have a nose for finding the right applicants and are able to swiftly enrol
them with ease. You are ambitious, resiliently to challenges and love to achieve.
● You have incredibly strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a
unique ability to genuinely connect with people online and over the phone. The right
candidate will not be scared to pick up the phone and convert a Studio Evolution
applicant in the moment. You lead with charismatic conviction, overcoming
obstacles and painting a vivid picture of the results a client can expect, boldly but
gently guiding them into the program gracefully. You also authentically know when
our program is not a good fit for an applicant and gently direct them elsewhere.
● You are comfortable with engaging in conversational sales on Facebook and
Instagram through your personal profile. The right candidate can also set up a
secondary social profile for conversational sales if that is more convenient.
● You have a strong ability to figure things out and think creatively to solve problems
independently. In a small business, we must act swiftly and address challenges
head-on – your ability to think quickly and make magic happen will be essential. You
realise that speed of response is everything. You have a general understanding of
project management software Asana. The majority of sales information will be
provided on this platform and training will be provided to the successful applicant.
● We are a very close-knit team who works hard but has a lot of fun along the way. We
are seeking someone to join our Home Team family and join in on the online
sing-along and dress-up festivities! You are enthusiastic to maintain relationships
and thrive off keeping in contact with our team. You take personal responsibility for
your actions and pride yourself on your integrity. You are kind, enthusiastic, exude
