Prices The above prices quoted are Ex-works Rajkot Basis

Taxes & Duties GST is @18 % -Extra
TCS will be charged Extra.
Special Clause “All supply under SEZ (special economic zone) will against advance licensee (claim by supplier)
for SEZ only, Hence no claim is allowed under duty draw back scheme (Claim By purchaser)”

Transportation In client Scope
Insurance We will intimate you to cover the insurance prior to 24 hours before the dispatch. You will FAX us
the copy of the same.
Road Permit To be arranged by the client. It shall be forwarded to us along with the purchase order.
Loading & Loading is in our scope & Unloading is in client’s scope.
Unloading
Payment Terms 35% of the total order value along with the PURCHASE ORDER, as an interest free advance.
Balance 65% payment + 100% Duties against Performa invoice prior to dispatch of the
equipments.
OR
65% payment + 100% Duties will be negotiable through Bank or Letter of Credit. LC opening
charges & interest will be borne by the purchaser.
Delivery Delivery period will be decided at the time of finalization of order.
Warranty All “EPP” products are warranted for the period of 12 months from the date of Installation or 15
months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
During this warranty period, we undertake to rectify at our options as soon as possible, all parts
which are proved to be defective or unusable due to faulty material, design or workmanship. Any
damage due to bad maintenance, non-observance of operating instructions, incorrect application,
accidental damages, natural calamities etc. is excluded from the purview of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover the electrically operated Components like motors, starters,
switches etc. once their operation is demonstrated to be satisfactory during monitorising of the
system. The warranty also does not cover glass components and rotary components like bearing,
impeller etc.
Our responsibility for replacement of parts does not extend to the parts which are subject to
natural wear & tear. This warranty will become void, if the client/ end user or third party, on
behalf of the client /end user, carries out any repair / alterations without our prior written
approval of fails to put up the relevant equipment at our disposal for sufficient time or repairs or
alteration to be required at site.
Validity Our offer shall be valid for a period of 07 days from the date of offer. It is subject to our written
confirmation thereafter
Cancellation Once confirmed the order will not be canceled. If customer wants to cancel the order, the advance
payment will be forfeited.

These conditions of sale are the integral part of the company’s offer/quotation and should be read in conjunction with
the offer /quotation.

Intellectual Property Right

The client shall ensure absolute secrecy of design & drawing, other informative which submitted along with the
quotation shall not divulge the same to any other party & also not to use for any other purpose.

These conditions contract of sale are subject to Rajkot jurisdiction only.
