With the intention of internationalizing the company, we are faced with a unique
C.V. with the objective of
opportunity for which we will engage in strategic planning
launching an international corporate image to highlight the value of the company
and our passion for Mexican chocolate. as well as placing this ancient product in
the best places since we have excellent processes and the best raw material that
this glorious country offers us, the best thing is to show the world the value of
Mexican hands and position ourselves as a benchmark for the chocolate industry
in the world. world, the possibility of positioning the Mexican chocolate industry in
its rightful place is in your hands.

Planning stages.
Strategies.
• The marketing department has the objective of designing a digital marketing
campaign in which the image that it seeks to have in the world stands out and
this will be under observation and obtaining results which must be aimed at
positioning the company in one of the best places in the world.
• The production department oversees ensuring to comply with the quality of the
brand, with the highest quality standards in the elaboration of our final product.
• The supplies department has the indication that our suppliers have the
necessary certifications that guarantee us that each of the supplies that enter
the company lead us to offer the international image that we are looking for.

Measurement of strategies.
• The marketing department will be monitored with weekly meetings in which
the manager of the area will show the results of each of the campaigns
launched so that those that are not meeting the metrics can be corrected or
replaced as needed. time and form.
• The production manager will present the quality standards compliance logs on
a weekly basis and if the standards are not being met, corrective measures will
be requested and the batches that do not meet the indicated standards will be
identified.
• Random audits will be carried out on the supplies department where the
application of the necessary processes for the selection of the supplies that will
be used in the production of the products will be validated and, in this way,
guarantee the quality of the supplies and in case of present anomalies establish
the necessary measures.

competitive advantages that we have as a company to enter international trade
with a wide advantage, which will allow us to make the most accurate decisions in

achieve the established objectives.
