HOMEROOM PTA ORIENTATION FOR THE OPENING OF CLASSES
SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023

C CALL TO ORDER

A. To discuss about opening in person of classes for Learners w/ Special

Educational Needs (LSEN) Academic Year 2022-2023.
B. To talk about the role of parents / guardian during face to face classes.
C. To inform the parents/ guardian about the Hybrid Learning Modality of
Jalajala Elementary School.
D. To inform the parents about class schedule or set up for LSEN.
E. Election of Home Room PTA officers.

Discussion:

Preparation of In Person Classes and Implementation of Learning

Delivery Modality to be used.

 After introducing themselves to the parents, the teachers gave them

instructions to follow in their group chat, which serves as their main
form of contact.

 The schools in the Jalajala Sub-Office will modify the class schedule to
three days of face-to-face instruction from Monday to Wednesday and
modular instruction on Thursday and Friday based on the various
learning modalities provided by the Division of Rizal.
  The things that the students need to prepare are the following: paper,
notebooks, crayons, bullpens, and other personal Hygiene kit.

 Discussion of Class Schedule of in person classes for both LSEN

graded and non-graded, module distribution will be every Wednesday
morning.

 Parents will be the one who will assist their child during answering of
modules

 Failure to submit the modules will be subject for home visitation.

 Election of Homeroom PTA officers.

Action:
 The teacher and parents/ guardian agreed on the discussion.

F. NEXT STEPS

Another session will be set up according to the turn out of the preliminary
activities.

The session ends with a reminders that bear the minds of the participants.
