 TOURNAMENT RULES
1. System of Play:
The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE
Swiss System with 9 Rounds.
2. Time Control:
10 Minutes + 5 Seconds increment from move 1 for entire game.
3.Reporting Time:
All players should Report at 9.15Am.
Tournament will start at 10.00Am.
4.Tie Break: In case of a tie, the latest Tie Break Rules shall come in effect.
5.Tournament Committee: The organizers will form a tournament committee
for the smooth conduct of the Rapid Championship.
6.AICF Registration for 2022-2023 is Mandatory for players willing to participate.
AICF Registration should be done before registration of tournament.

9.Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject entries without
assigning any reason.
10.Tournament shall be played under the Covid-19 Guide lines set by the
Government of India.
11.Entries/Entry Fee:
For GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs, : Free
All other players (Rated or Unrated)-Rs. 1000/-
No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.
Entry fees once paid will not be refunded.
Registration Closes on 22th April 2022, thereafter late fees of Rs. 300/-
is applicable till 29th.After 29th April no entry will be entertained.
