A Secret Wedding

Romeo was so in love that he could not bear to be separated from Juliet, Romeo went to
see Friar Lawrence who was a wise old man, they started talking and Romeo said that
he was in love with Juliet and wanted to marry her. The friar has doubts but Romeo
explains to him what he feels when he is with Juliet and the friar decides to help them.
Later, Juliet's nurse came to Romeo and his friends and Romeo explained the plan; the
nurse ran home to tell Juliet everything. Juliet headed for Friar Laurence's house
without stopping the moment Friar Laurence arrived the wedding began.
Juliet to Marry Count Paris

After Tybalt's death, Juliet cried, but not for the reason her parents think; when her
parents met with Count Paris and he told her that marriage would make her happy. The
parents nodded and gave her the news the next day. Juliet on hearing the news refused
to do so and asked Friar Laurence for advice.

A Secret Plan

Friar Laurence told Count Paris that he did not think this marriage was a good idea, but
Count Paris still insisted on the wedding. Friar Laurence told her to go home and
pretend to be happy to get married but that on Wednesday night (before the wedding)
she should take a special position so that she would appear to be dead but would wake
up in 48 hours. This would cause Juliet's family to find her in this state and take her to
the church and put her in a boot. Friar Laurance would communicate the plan to Romeo
and they would both escape to Mantua.

Is Juliet Really Dead?

Romeo arrived from Mantua after hearing the news that Juliet had died, he entered the
church and found her pale and cold he did not know what to do and took the poison he
bought on the way he kissed her and died. Latter, in the Capulet coffin, Juliet began to
move her arms and then to wake up.

A TRAGID END

When Juliet awoke she realised that her lover was on the floor with an empty spiked
bottle beside him. I want to die - she said - she kissed Romeo thinking that on his lips
she would find death from the poison, but she didn’t die. While the soldiers came, Juliet
took Romeo's dagger and plunged it into her.
