The development of rational remedies for burn
healings considered as one of the problems of dermalal-
‘ogy and pharmacy. In particu, protection of the burned
sree asthe main task, proved tobe necessary for effec
tive fighting against shock, los of plasma and preventing
secondary infection
The modem remedies, used curently for bara
troatmont are not effective enough, deta inbility to main
tain the drug concentration on the afeciod surfice, short
contact timo and long-term treatment (1). Applicaton of
plytolims based on biosolublepolymers is considered as

bal remedies contain biologically active
substances, that re relatively Tess toxic, donot cause skin
Imation or allergic reactions and, importantly afeetstrins
‘ofthe microorganisms and viruses resistant to antibiotics
and synthetic drugs [11]
Nowadays, the advantages are given such bum
‘eating drugs, which along with igh specific efleay, have
analgesic, an-inflammalory and antimicrobial effects,
and don’trtte the tissues. The mentioned peculiarities

‘The study was conducted using biopharmacetical
snd technological methods [2.38]. Six sample films for
the treatment of burs with dierent composition (Table
1) were formulated forthe selection of most suitable one.
Sample ile-formers were prepared in diferent ways.
Sample 1: 3.5 g of sodium carboxy methyleel-
lose (Na-CMC) was weighed onthe analytical scales mixed
With 40m of distiled water, ested upto SS45°C, and left
for 30 min for swelling; the remaining amount of cold
