furnace, possibly combined with separate degassing or refining as per specification SA

530 section (3)

2- Pipe can be Hot formed or cold drawn.

3- Pipes shall be seamless in construction

4- Repair by welding parent metal is not permitted.

5- Pipe dimension must be in accordance with B36.10M. (Edition 2018).

6- Hydrotest requirement as per specification SA 530 section (20).

7- Impact test not required.

8- Heat Treatment requirement as per specification SA 106 section (5).

9- Certified Test Reports as per specification SA 530 section (21).

10- Vendor shall furnish mill test report in accordance with EN 10204-3.1. Including

chemical, mechanical requirements & heat treatment. Code edition to be indicated on the

certificates.

11- Plain end pipes must have square ends cut with burrs removed.
