[Customer Survey Results]

Summary

• We wanted to ensure that not only the tablets


worked properly but also that the staff was trained
properly
• We successfully installed the tablets and
completed the staff training.
Overview

We sent a test survey to 50 customers that participated in the test launch.

The purpose of the survey was to see if the customers had a good dining experience
with the tablets With this survey we wanted to measure if the customers had a better
dining experience using the tablets.

The results of the survey highlighted a few key accomplishments while also showing
areas we can improve in.
