    Dear Evi:

    I am very pleased to extend this offer of employment to you for the position of QA Operations Specialist, reporting to Estela
    Euceda, Regional Quality Manager.

    Your hourly rate will be $19.00 and will be paid bi-weekly.

    As a full-time non-exempt employee, you will be eligible to participate in the benefits programs listed below. Please note that all
    insurance coverages begin on your first day of work.

    • Holiday Pay

    LFB reserves the right to change benefit offerings at any time.

    This offer of employment is contingent upon (1) the satisfactory completion of references and a background check (2) proof of
