June 21- 23 Work world Orientation for Graduating Students

June 21-, 2022 @ 1:00-5:00 PM General Work world orientation
June 22, 2022, CTE - 1:15- 4: 30 PM
CTAS - 1: 15- 4:30 PM
June 23, 2022, Morning- CBAS 8: 15- 11:30 AM
Afternoon- CEA 1:15- 4:30 PM

ATTENDING THE WORKWORLD IS A MUST FOR CLEARANCE SIGNING!

REPRESENTATIVE should send the link for the webinar to their respective GCs to inform
their classmates regarding the Work World Orientation.
* To clarify regarding who is going to sign for GSO in the clearance

FINAL DATES FOR PICTORIAL

Sir Jhune: Pictorial is supposed to be on June 21 to July 3 but it is moved due to some
reasons.
Venue: BISU Main Campus, Old Library
Waiting Area: Activity Center
Final Dates: June 27, 2022 to July 10, 2022

• Formal Shot or ST Uniform
-(For girls, bring neutral color tubes. And for boys, white Tshirt)

One fine DISALLOWS plus 1 make up (for example: parents)

Number of Students per day: 150 students

* Parents are granted to join for the pictorials.
During the Graduation Day, One Fine will setup a venue for Family Shoot, Couple,
Barkada to be placed outside the Cultural Center.
Follow the scheduled date of your pictorials religiously.
REMINDERS:
• Bring your own FLASH DRIVE and Android Phones for copies of the photos.
• Before graduation, One Fine will do their best to give and deliver the frames. And
that time also, you shall give the 25% of the payment.
• For unvaccinated parents, they must present a Negative Result of Rapid
Antigen Test.
• For those unvaccinated parents, One Fine Studio will setup a studio outside the
campus for ONE DAY.

Batoy, our SAS Director)
