UAPSA-SSU would like to request permission to use the gymnasium for an event scheduled this
September 7, 2022, from 8 am – 12 pm. This event is a basic orientation seminar for the incoming 1st-
year architecture students with a theme DASIG: Building Bridges to Inspire. This event is to formally
welcome the newest class of architecture students and to give them an overview of what UAPSA is all
about. A total of 200 people are expected to attend.

In this regard, we would like to ask permission to your good office to please allow us to use the
gymnasium and have access to the equipments which are necessary for the said event such as sound
system, and chairs. We assure you that we will be very careful while conducting the event so that no
damage is done at the venue.
