A Year-Round Celebration
ACTION PLAN
Theme: “FSAI @ 30: Journeying towards Excellence in the New Normal.”

I. OBJECTIVES:

1. To give the students of FSAI an opportunity to be engage in school life, sense of


normalcy, and social connection amid the new circumstances;
2. To provide activities that honors quality, school spirit, values-based education,
religiosity, and in building camaraderie within the FSAI employees, students,
parents, and Sisters;
3. To develop and bring out the learner’s skills, talents, and knowledge as well as
enhance their individual interests and release the stress and anxiety created by
this new normal environment.

As we celebrate and promote the 30 th Founding Anniversary of FSAI, we
encourage our Simplicians in the Junior High School Department to
showcase their best “Marian, Simpliciano or Franciscan Sisters Costume”.

For the Kinder to Grade School, in connection with the celebration of the
United Nations, students will be given a chance to showcase or present
their best and most spectacular United Nation Costumes.

Selected Finalist will be posted on the Official Facebook Page and


winners will be based on the number of reactions and shares with the
Official Hashtag #Simplicians@30th.

The Supreme Student Council will also prepare a Tribute to the Teachers
in celebration of the World Teachers’ Day

NOVEMBER

As part of the celebration of the 30th founding anniversary, students will
wear religious costume while they are performing and be given a chance
to
showcase their talents with the following activities:

a. Creative Story Making


b. On the Spot Creative Spoken Poetry
c. Declamation
d. Impromptu Speech
e. Poem Recitation
f. Debate

The enumerated activities will be based on the theme (both in English and
Filipino language). This will be done live via school’s Official Facebook
Page.

This will showcase the costume of the different saints in lined with the
celebration of all saints.

DECEMBER

 Variety Show
The Variety Show is not a contest but it aims at giving a meaningful
entertainment that will create an opportunity for FSAI community,
students and families to share their talent or skills in a virtual setting
while developing their total well-being through the following
performances:

b. Dancing
c. Acting

As we celebrate our 30th founding anniversary and as we adapt the


altering and advancing environment, FSAI online game geniuses will be
given a chance to compete in an online game contest, this competition
aims to give our FSAI online gamers show their skill and compete for
aim with the following contests:

a. Among Us
b. Interactive Quiz Bee
c. Investigatory

V. ASSIGNED COMMITTEES

A. Paraphernalia & Certificates

Job Description:
1. To prepare and check the materials to be used (certificates, awards,
tokens, etc.) for every activity.
2. To coordinate with the Finance Office in the purchase of the materials.
3. Check thoroughly the text, names, dates and signature in the certificate.
(follow up persons concerned for their signatures)

B. Accommodation
Chairperson: Sr. Ralyn Demabildo
Co- chair: Ms. Rowena Soliza

Job Description:
1. Prepare and check the materials needed in the venue:
a. Chairs and tables
b. Flags (Philippine and School Flag)
c. Rostrum
d. Organ
e. Role/Post
f. Plants
g. Electric Fans
2. To coordinate with the Maintenance Head regarding the chairs, tables,
electric fans, plants and other materials needed in the different activities.
3. To see to it that everything is ready a day before the activity.

C. Decoration
Chairperson: Sir Arvin Tabio
Co- chair: Sir Jake Oblino

Job Description:
1. To make the list of materials needed for the decorations.
2. To coordinate with the Finance Office in the purchase of all needed
materials.
3. To coordinate with the chairpersons on the design of the Stage
Decoration.
4. To see to it that the stage is ready for the ceremony.

D. Documentation and Coverage

Job Description:
1. To take full coverage of every activity.
2. To take still pictures of each affair.
3. To prepare the multi-media presentation to be used during the different
activities.

E. Technical

Job Description:
1. Over all in charge of the Live Coverage of the different activities in the
Official Facebook Page of the School.
2. To coordinate with the Activity Chairs and Chairpersons of the program
flow.
