Observations at Faiyum site:
The following observations are listed below at the Faiyum site,

• Expeller-250 and Cooker installation completed as per drawing.

• Piping is being done.
• Power is not available yet and it is expected to be available in 2-3
months.

Recommendations:
KMIPL recommends to UOC & RI the followings,
• Genuine spare parts to be maintained for the proper running of machine
at desired output and parameter.
• Proper maintenance to be done to avoid the undue breakdown of the
machine.
• Vibro-separator and pumps along with Piping is required to install
additionally.

• KMIPL recommend to install oil and foots conveyor with screen to reduce
the foots manual handling.
KMIPL representative is highly satisfied with the hospitality and cooperation

Observation at Zagazig Location:
KMIPL Representative Mr. Sanjay Kumar visited the site from 30.08.2022 to
1708-2022, and after the initial feedback from United oils and crops, KMIPL
engineer taken the round of the plant and observed the followings,

• Machine Ex-250 with Cooker installation completed as per drawing and found
satisfactory.
• No load trial of main Ex-250 Motor taken and found load 95-100 amps. No
load trial of Main expeller-250 taken and load found to 100 to 110 Amps.
• Dry run test for expeller -250 and cooker carried out and found satisfactory.
• Expller-250 trial taken on dehulled cotton seed from dated 6 Aug to 13th Aug
2022 and total 56 tons of seed crushed and analysis for the same given as
below., During the trail it was found that expeller-250 is running on rated
capacity.
• As the cake was buming, 2 reverse worms, from feed and discharge chamber
removed and collar fitted. Spacers in the feed chamber of one compartment
replaced with 2 mm between alternate cage bars.
• Machine could not run for longer hours due to nonavailability Of seeds
Related equipment installation found to be satisfactory.

• Training to the Production engineers and production technician given

to operate and maintain the machine along with the required
parameters to be maintain to get the desired results and output.
