We are aware that BIM will organise activities, workshops, etc., as part of the MBA program which
may involve travel and stay outside the campus.

I V. Angelus parent/guardian of Mr. /Ms. Samuel Angels (Roll No.: 39098) hereby give my consent for
the travel and stay of my ward outside campus, if any, whenever required as part of the MBA
program.

We also have no objection for my ward's travel to The Pegasus Institute, Bangalore and stay at their
training camp during 6th- 9th July 2022 for the Outbound Leadership Programme.

We are also aware that while the Institute(s) and service providers will take adequate care and
necessary steps to ensure safety of my ward during travel/stay, it will be the responsibility of
ourselves to be safe and we are fully aware of all the associated risks.

I declare that, my ward/I, will adhere to all rules, safety norms and take care of
himself/herself/myself.

I fully understand that BIM, or its staff, or service providers involved, in no way can be held
responsible for any untoward/undesirable incident(s).
