1. Choose (1) one topic to discuss in your position paper.

a. Are you in favor of “nationalization” of telecommunication services in the


Philippines?
b. Do you agree that twitter should censor all pornographic materials posted on
their platform and mitigate the existence of “alter” and sex work?
c. Do you agree that Manny Villar’s media company (AMBS) should be given the
franchise to operate the past frequency used by ABS-CBN? What can you say
about this issue?
d. Do you agree that political posts should be fact-checked by the public itself and
independent fact checkers in the Philippines? Or there should be an organization
taking care of this work?
