RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE of Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation, Mrs.
Criselda Hermoso, president, Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation; Mrs. Merfy Francia,
former president of Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation; Mr. Jan Christian Bayot, former
vice president of Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation and at the same time an employee
of RAFC; and Mr. Gil Esposa Jr., also an employee of RAFC and a member of Marangal Home Owners
Association Incorporation came for a hearing on August 21, 2022 at 9:00 A.M

WHEREAS, the chairman of the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE, Mr. Jasper Dusaran, inhibit himself to
preside the hearing due to his relation to the one of the respondent, Mrs. Merfy Francia.

WHEREAS, the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE heard the case about the Clarification in RRW (Road Right
of Way) and Open Space located in Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation compound
headed by Mr. Yugin Lucero, vice chairman of the said committee.

WHEREAS, the complainant, Mrs. Criselda Hermoso, and the respondents, Mrs. Merfy Francia, Mr.
Jan Christian Bayot, and Mr. Gil Esposa Jr., was given a chance to answer the questions given to them to
clarify the issue about the RRW (Road Right of Way) and Open Space.

WHEREAS, during the hearing Mrs. Merfy Francia, former president of Marangal Home Owners
Association Incorporation admitted that she signed a document stating the payment for Open Space
presented to her by Mr. Neil Arana who works in HABITAT, without the knowledge of other Marangal
Home Owners Association Incorporation officers and members.

WHEREAS, during the proceedings, Mr. Jan Christian Bayot admitted that he had lapses in the
Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation while he was the vice president of the said Home
Owners Association. He failed to perform his duties well, due to his work in RAFC.

WHEREAS, in the hearing the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE found out that Mr. Gil Esposa Jr. has nothing
to do and there were no evidences which will link him in the said case.

WHEREAS, the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE found out that there were violations made by the former
president, Mrs. Merfy Francia and vice president, Mr. Jan Christian Bayot of Marangal Home Owners
Association Incorporation, as far as the bylaws of the Marangal Home Owners Association Incorporation
is concern.

WHEREAS, the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE believed that we cannot help resolve this case due to the
violations and legalities involved in the said case.
 NOW THEREFORE, we, the GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE give the complainant, Mrs. Criselda Hermoso
the chance to decide to elevate this case to the higher and appropriate office due to the legalities for
only them can weigh and give justifications to the said case or willing to have amicable settlement with
the respondents.
