Program Description Amidst the covid-19 pandemic the school secured
Barangay certification (O.R. No. 7651878) to conduct
First Quarter Porfolio Day.
The conduct of the School-based Portfolio day shall
be done every quarter with the following suggested
activities:
1. Distribution of cards
2. Parent-teacher -adviser conference
3. Display of pupil outputs
4. PTA meeting

Objectives  To conduct parent-teacher conference for

feedbacking of pupil’s performance during this
time of pandemic.
 To showcase accomplishments of the learners as
to show how good they can be.
 To conduct parent-teacher feed backing on the
possibility of having a limited face-to-face.
Highlights The said activity covered the following:
 The distribution of students rating per
adviser.
 Display of pupils output.

 During the feedbacking on the possibility of
having a limited face-to-face there were
parents who wanted for a face-to-face class
this coming January.
Below are the reasons cited:
1. They think children learn best in school.
2. There are too many activities to be
answered by the learners using the
modular print.
3. They can follow-up but some lessons are
too difficult.
4. At home there are many disturbances and
parents are also busy making a living.
 While others also have doubts because of the
absence of vaccine. According to them the
most important is the safety of their child.
They cannot gamble when the concern is the
life of their children.
Voting was made to come up with a
synchronous decision. It was decided that the
parents in Concepcion Elementary School
would like to continue the modular delivery
until the vaccine is released.
There were parents who cannot follow-up their children.
The parents will call the adviser concern so the teacher
can have a home visitation following the protocol.
