Thanks, Ajnash and this was like a Brief introduction to your


journey. I Would Like to know that as you Mentioned Start-up journey
is not straight. It goes up, goes down, Reaches Zero and goes even
down and goes high again. As you mentioned that Burnout is a really
considerate part of this Journey, I Would Like to know How you
Handled this Burnout and what is your motivation behind your start-
up.

Mohammed Ajnash :  every time When Burnout happens, to compete with Burnout, we
have to Ask ourselves Why I Started this business, Why I started this
process, for example, Why I joined this IIM for you Guys. Reminding
yourself with the question, Why Plays a major role? Which Helps your
Turnout your burn out and leave out were the thing as it is and stay
calm for Two to three days, and write down everything like what is
happening and everything that comes to your mind Because Writing Is
a better way to understand about yourself and everything,

When You Face burn, out Stop everything Down and Stay calm
and write everything down, what is happening here and how to
compete for this and compare your Action, like if I do this, what Will
Happen in my Life You predict these Things. This is a better way of
Overcoming this Burnout.

Ashish Ranjan :  Thank You for your Great Insight. As you mentioned that it was very
difficult to hit your first few clients, I Am Very Curious about How did
you manage to get your First Client? How much time did it take to get
your first Client?

Mohammed Ajnash :  On my first Day, I Got My First Client because, at that time, I put
some Advertisements and What up shares, which got social Shares
among the people because I put more effect on the Creativity of my
advertisement. I didn’t invest anything for my first Client. I put a lot of
hard work into that particular work for my first Client. So that the work
Is my Main Marketing Because that Work will Show it off to a lot of
people, after the work, I will post the work and in the last, it will Say to
contact the number for creative advertisement purposes. This got social
shares among the people, and people started calling, “Is this the
Additive Advertisement and started asking regarding this and this and
that”. This was very inspiring at the start of the business.

After Two Months, the Customs Number goes low. These Are no
clients coming to me and hitting the like button. So again, I started
increasing the creative Journey During. When I started posting on
Facebook Advertising and Putting The value-added points, I added
value to ads on social media and the Clients Started Approving me
after that.
Ashish Ranjan : We would Like to know one more thing. You mentioned that the
Journey Just Started with a Conversation With your brother, right?
How Did you manage to come up with the whole plan After that, and
how did you manage to get a Team to make the plan work Out.

Mohammed Ajnash : At initial, we had a Plan for Every Process. We don't know the
process. How to Go about it and how to get and everything. That is
What happens in all our lives, what it may be. But to Stay on the Plan
and Think About the plan and figuring out how to do the process is
everything.

The initial Time I Spoke with my brother; my brother was like start by
doing something. But I Don't Know What to do and How to Get a
client. Is there any other creative agency Like this doing the same
services to compete with Them, and how to set the pricing point? I
Didn't Know anything. Like how your IIM Professors Taught you, My
Client only Taught Me everything. Because they are all business
owners, I am Serving the Business Owners. While I Am Providing to
my client, I Ask Them, "How to Improve My business and how to
Increase My Sale Knowledge? Tell Some tip how to get Some clients"
I asked Every Thing to My Client. As Business People, they have
tonnes and tonnes Of Experience, And They Teach me a Lot of things
to Me. And it gave me a lot of knowledge. If you stay in the process,
you can grow With All Opportunities. This will enable you to find a
better way and better plan to pattern your goal.

 At The Time pricing journey was hard to pick. How to set the price
because there is a lot of competition there, and will the client run away
from or come to me after seeing the price? This knowledge comes with
Experience, and Experience is the main thing in any business. The
main thing Is that you Stay with the process Where you will gain
Experience.

Dinesh Kumar :  So, what are the challenges that you have faced as a start-up to
position
yourself, like you told me that there were trust issues and was offering
Free solutions to the Clients. Apart from that, what are the other Steps
you have taken to Establish Yourself as a brand in the market as a start
u. this Is the problem that every start-up face when we are starting as a
start-up. It is really important to establish ourselves in the market. How
did you go about it, apart from offering a free solution?

Mohammed Ajnash : Positioning is very important is very much important. This is an


important pillar during any business whatever the business may it is
very much important. If I say McDonald's, you get the Name that there
is a burger. That is the position anyone says about Hrithik Chawla.
You get that he is a good guy. He wears a Boom headset and wears
Sects, which is one type of positioning.

In the initial stage, I get through to the client only through


Trust. Apart from that, I show my value through social media and
social connections and how much it will impact the business, which
will create Trust and my positioning. "He is that guy. He does the
business very well. There is the Trust now. This creates a very little bit
of awareness about you, right? I go to the social media and website
where I post a lot of posts and blogs showing about the company and
the staff to the people.

Show the People, Again and again, the same thing as that if I
am a business strategy, till death, I am business strategies, not like that
if today I am business strategies, day after tomorrow as something else
will be something else. Is chose thing Always stay with. It is important
to position yourself. Before positioning that this is what I am going to
do, you go Experimenting, which is the better one for me. After the
experiment, fix a thing and go with it to the end of your life.

M S Moneesh : Thank You for the insightful session. You mentioned that during your
initial stage that you and your family were not as supportive as you
thought they would be; when taking this kind of life-changing
decision, how did you soke up the pressure? When you are not
supported by your family members, you will feel immense pressure
upon ourself. How did you manage that pressure?

Mohammed Ajnash : Not Only for me, but all the Indians also face this situation mostly. If
you are born in UK and US, the parents more support and even fund
you. This Is Happening to win the western Culture, Not in Indian
Culture. Definitely, it will change.

At the initial stage, they were not getting awareness of what


this business was and how will the money will come from. My parents
are not educated; they didn't attend college also, so they lack
awareness. I found out that the person who will observe my pain and
passion. My brother is educated, and my cousins are also educated. I
usually speak with my brother first. I usually Collect support from
them and gather them all and go and attach my parents. My brother
will be like, give them one or two years. He will Succeed. Then my
parents also supported me. When you ask your parents for Limited
risk, they will definitely accept your idea. Ask them to give me two
years. I will say definitely successes and or else I will go to a job. If
you give them this kind of justified Demand will accept your idea and
support you that it.
