EXERCISE 2. What’s troubleshooting: USE THE INFIRNATION FROM ABOVE AND WRITE
YOUR OWN TROUBLE SHOOTING DEFINITION.
The first step in troubleshooting is to identify the problem, then to check basic solutions, after
research for help and support, the next step might be to remove unnecessary components from
the system and verify that the problem persists. If it continues, the common causes could be
