MOTION FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION

Plaintiff, unto the Honorable Court , respectfully alleges that:

1. On April 10, 2019 , a judgement was rendered by the Court, the dispositive portion of
which reads:
2. The defendant has to pay Three Hundred Thousand Pesos ( Php 300,000.00) to the
Plaintiff EIGHTY – FIVE (85) EQUAL MONTHLY installments of THREE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ( Php 3,500.00) per month beginning on
April 30, 2019 to April 30, 2026, and FINAL INSTALLMENT OF Two Thousand
five Hundred Ten Pesos ( Php 2,500.00),which shall be paid on May 30, 2026.
3. All the foregoing amounts shall be PAID be the defendant to the plaintiff by remitting
the amount due thru money remittence centers ( Palawan Express ) and duly informing
the plaintiff thereof via SMS to mobile number 0905737165 in accordance with the
foregoing schedule.
4. The defendant has not complied with the judgement.

THEREFORE, the WRIT OF EXECUTION be issued against KAYCEE ARCILLA VIZON

for the Three Hundred Thousand Pesos ( Php 300,000.00) until fully paid.
