1. Why education is significant in the preparation for leadership?

- Education is significant in the preparation for leadership because being educated

means being the best possible leader in the future. Having a comprehensive
understanding of the field or subjects can help a person address a problem or
scenario that arises between organization and it’s member in society. That is
why education is vital since it improves a person’s dynamic skills, allowing him
or her to become a great leader. Also, being educated implies that he or she
knows what is right and wrong, and how to avoid doing an act of injustice.
Furthermore, I believe Jose Rizal has become a wonderful leader and national
hero since he is highly educated msn who understands almost everything.

- An act of injustice is an eye-opener because the moment we realize we are being
betrayed or feel something is biased, we recognize and discover the mistakes.

3. Why did Rizal pose a challenge to the Filipino youth?

- Rizal added that for five years to ten years, the youth comes in contact with his
book. Education is the best way to awake the youth and lead then toward right
action was right through education, because education is the weapon curtsey for
their development contra Spanish colonization. During the same period, majority
of the student have gasped nothing more than what the book say, not even what
their professors understand of it. In other words, Filipinos were not allowed to
think. Students were subjected to the daily preaching that lowers human dignity,
gradually or brutally killing their self-respect that eternal.
