Tour Itinerary

Day01: Arrive Srinagar

On arrival at Srinagar airport you will be met our representative and get transfer to Hotel. on arrival in
Srinagar Proceed on a city tour visiting the famous Mughal Gardens-Chashmashahi, Nishat & Shalimar and
Hazratbal Shrine. These gardens were Mughal Emperors concept of Paradise and today these are popular
picnic spots. Also visit a handicraft shop where you can purchase local Hand Crafted items-Shawls, Jackets,
Bed Covers, Paper Mache, Carpets & much more! In the evening leisurely stroll alongside the Dal Lake
exploring the local markets .Enjoy Evening Shikara ride in Famous Dal Lake Overnight stay at the Hotel In
Srinagar
 Day 2: On To Sonamarg|| Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’ Sonamarg. Sonamarg is last
stop of Kashmir district. From here starts the territory of ladhakh. Situated at an altitude of 2743m above
sea level. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and masher fishing in summer. You can opt
for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). Return to the
Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable overnight stay.
 Day 3: On To Gulmarg|| Srinagar- Gulmarg - Srinagar

In the morning drive to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers. The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is fascinating.
On the Way Visit Tangmarg and You will be mesmerized by its beauty. After Visiting Tangmarg , proceed for
gulmarg, Gulmarg is famous all over the world for Skiing and Snowboarding. During the British Raj, Gulmarg
hosted the Britishers and Europeans and as such they created a European hill resort and named it Gulmarg.
In Gulmarg you would be able to find European surroundings and 18-hole Golf Course and enjoy Gondola
Cable Car Ride world’s highest and the Asia’s longest cable car (at your own cost). Enjoy photography, horse
riding and shopping at this beautiful snow point and enjoy gondola ride to Kongdoori & Appahrwhat. Return
to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable overnight stay.
 Day 4: On to Pahalgam|| Srinagar-Pahalgam

After Breakfast drive to pahalgam, the 'valley of shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of the
streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag Lake. En route visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100 year old
temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. On arrival into Pahalgam enjoy the
surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaran, which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and

Day 05 :- Pahalgam to srinagar

After Breakfast you will proceed for Aru valley, and chandanwari by car (at your own cost). Aru is small
village, 11 kms upstream the Lidder River, is a beautiful locality. The route is picturesque with ample
campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi glacier. The most beautiful of these is the
huge, undulating meadow of Baisaran, surrounded by thickly wooded forests of pine .Hajan and Beetab
valley on the way to chandanwari. In the evening drive to Srinagar ,on arrival in Srinagar visit Local Markets
for Shopping
.Overnight stay in Deluxe Houseboat In Famous Dal Lake.
 Day 6: Return Home with Happy Memories

After breakfast leave Srinagar city and drive to Srinagar airport for your onwards journey with Everlasting
Memories.

As discussed with you, the details related to your query are as below;
Sonamarg: After Sonamarg, there is a Point called Zero point away from
Sonamarg, Thajiwas Glacier and activities like Fish Point (Under Water
Balloon Ride). There is only a Union Cab, Charges for Union Cab: 3500/-to 5000/-
(Negotiable)

Gulmarg: Gondola Ride is there (Rope Way). In

Gondola, you will find Snow and other activities related to snow. Tickets Are fixed as
per Govt. fare i.e. Rs. 780 for 1st phase & 920 for 2nd phase.

Pahalgam: Chandanwari, Aru Valley &Betaab Valleyis there, where only

Union Taxi is allowed and the fare as per the vehicle rates starts from
1250 to 2100 (Depends on Points).

BAISERAN is the best place to visit in Pahalgam though it is not a snow

covered area but the place have its own natural beauty. Either you go by
walk or by Horse Riding, and other activities is there.
Additional Information:

1.) In Katra for Pithu / Palki / Pony services Municipal Committee Katra has fixed the
rates and they are displayed on the rate card outside there

Booking office at Banganga. If someone is over charging above the listed

rates its upto you how hard you can bargain.

2.) In Srinagar if you are staying at the Houseboat: - Shikara Ride are
complimentary, do not pay for the same.

3.) It is not mandatory for guest to take ponies in Gulmarg&Pahalgam to

visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction point are
in close proximity so you can walk it down. However if still you wish to
take poly ride / sledging / rafting etc the rates the highly negotiable.
Please bargain to your max.

4.) Sightseeing to Aru Valley / Beetab Valley / Chandanwari at

Pahalgam will be by local taxi union only. Due to union outside vehicles
cannot enter these places. The rate is highly negotiable if you wish to
visit these places. You have to pay extra directly.

5.) For Shopping: - Visit Shepherds craft

 6.) For Kashmiri Wazwan Food: - Aadhoos at LalChowk Srinagar is the
best place and Mutton Kebab at Gee Enn Bakers - Residency Road.

7.) For Vegetarian Food in Srinagar: - Krishna Dhaba is the best place.

8.)In case of road closure due to snow and slippery roads, our vehicle will not be allowed
to ply as a precautionary measure. This is as per govt./administration orders. Only snow
jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to ply. These vehicles can be hired on a direct
payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost.

The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from
the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company
are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that
service or pay the cost for the same.

Unavoidable Circumstances

If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other
natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed
or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne
by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due
to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there
shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.

Complaints During The Tour

If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house
boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately

complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs.
 Reservation Policy

Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of

the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the
tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any
further intimation from our end.
In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of
the payment has to be made while booking.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be

chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the
standard check-out time is 1200hrs
 Cancellation Policy

1. If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be
deducted if the fare is non-refundable.

2. Within 60 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel

Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.

3. Within 15 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel

Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.

4. Within 7 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel

Booking/Transportation:100% Retention of the Tour Cost.

Payment Policy

You are requested to pay 50% an advance payment enabling us to confirm

your FIT or GIT bookings within 48 Hours and 50% payment before the
date of Arrival otherwise booking will be released without any further
information from our end
