Petitioner,
Members:

-versus- LAMPAS PERALTA, F.,

Chairperson
SORONGON, E. D.,* and
NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS PASCUA, B. S., JJ.
COMMISSION (SECOND
DIVISION), ACCORD-ACES, INC. Promulgated:
and MA. ELIZA CATABAY,
Respondents. August 31, 2022

RESO LU TIO N
LAMPAS PERALTA, J.:

After a careful and judicious study of the arguments of

petitioner in his motion for reconsideration 1 of the Court's Decision
dated April 18, 2022,2 the Court is not swayed to reconsider. The
matters raised by petitioner had been considered, weighed and
passed upon in said Decision. The motion thus fails to present any
new and substantial matter or any cogent and compelling reason
which would justify reconsideration of the Court's ruling.

WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is denied for lack

of merit.
