RESOLUTION

Quimpo-Sale., J.

This Court, on November 10, 2021, rendered a Decision1

dismissing the petition for certiorari. The dispositive portion of
this Court's Decision reads:

“IN VIEW WHEREOF, the instant petition for certiorari is

DISMISSED.

SO ORDERED.”

Petitioner Joyce Anabelle Lee Orpilla then filed the herein

Motion for Reconsideration2 of the Decision alleging that there
was no justifiable basis in declaring her position as redundant.
She was illegally, unjustly and unceremoniously removed from

her position as HR Manager.

Private respondents, on the other hand, filed their

Comment3 to the motion arguing that the motion is a mere rehash
of her arguments before this Court with no new matter presented
to justify the reversal of this Court's Decision. Private respondent
company had a valid basis in terminating her employment due to
redundancy, and therefore, it acted in good faith.

A careful review of the motion reveals that the issues raised

by petitioner are the same issues addressed in the petition for
certiorari, and which were already passed upon and resolved in
the Decision of this Court. Thus, there exists no cogent reason to
reconsider the same.

IN VIEW WHEREOF, the Motion for Reconsideration is

DENIED.

SO ORDERED.
