Present Progressive
Tense
• Definition:

1. It is used when an activity is


in occurring in the present
time / at the moment

2. To express the idea that a repeated action
is temporary. It means, it is happening for
a limited period of time.
ex.
a. She is always reading novel during the
class
b. They are always pushing their friend to
the ground during the competition
c. In the English class, Jefry is always
wearing his jacket.

3. To express something that is happening
again and again. Here use the adverb :
always.

ex. 1. He is always forgetting to call my


name
