I got the idea of building a force of plumbers when my sink broke down. I contacted my landlord to find somebody that could fix my sink. After waiting for a
couple of hours, I still hadn’t heard back from her. That experience got me thinking about what if we could create a group of plumbers that will be readily
available whenever there is a broken sink.

The business will consist of experienced plumbers (3-5 years of exp.) that will service our customers and while at the same time be teachers for aspiring
plumbers. Anyone who wants to get their hands dirty fixing water systems could sign up for a course in pumbling that will be taught by experienced plumbers.
They will help assist the experienced plumbers in helping them do their jobs. If they could do that well, they -- themselves -- could be a full-time instructor and
plumber that pays considerably well.

Because our goal is to let our business grow first, we wouldn’t charge a service fee for any service done by our plumbers; instead, we will consider charging the
customer only the price of the materials needed for the repair. This will ensure that there will be no kind of manipulation between the customers and our
plumbers. Of course, in order to pay for our plumbers, we will need revenue streams with which we could keep the business solvent. The first is the training fee
from aspiring plumbers which will be used to pay for the service(s) done by our plumbers. Secondly, we would have a contract with the supplier to grant us
some kind of discount with the requirement that we will buy their products in bulk while offering their products instead of a competitor. For the first few years
I do that will ensure our business grows rapidly as needed to gain a huge market share of our target customers, which are landlords and households.
