Executive Summary
The Sapphire Residential Tower project was started in order to provide individuals and families a safe and
comfortable place to live in that is also near their workplace. It was successfully completed on October 01, 2033
and was ready for occupancy by December 15, 2033. It was recommended that in future construction projects,
all teams must prepare backup plans to avoid construction delays.

Objectives
The project’s objectives were:
1. Finalize the documents, timeline, action plans, and budget for the project.
2. Successfully build the Sapphire Residential Tower by October 01, 2033.

The Project
The Project

Hayami Builders Inc. started construction of the Sapphire Residential Tower last August 23, 2030. The project
was completed as scheduled on October 01, 23, and finally started operations by December 15, 2033. The
residential tower is a 15 story building located in the heart of New York City.

Scope

Sapphire Residential Tower was built to provide a comfortable and safe home for individuals and families who
want to live near where they work. The amenities include a free parking area for each unit, a roofdeck pool,
cafeteria, gymnasium, and lounge.

Methodology

The project was headed by Senior Engineer Adam Greene. He worked closely with his team of building engineers,
safety engineers, architects, and interior designers to provide only the best outcome.

Conclusion
The Sapphire Residential Tower was successfully completed right on schedule on October 01, 2033 and started

Recommendations
1. All construction projects in the future should require all teams to prepare 2-3 back up plans to put into action
in case problems arise to avoid construction delays.
2. The company will continue to develop strong relationships with its current list of suppliers, equipment
providers, architects, engineers, interior designers, and the like.
