And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy
on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. [23] But he answered
her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
[24] But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. [25] Then
came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me. [26] But he answered and said, It is not meet to
take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs. [27] And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the
crumbs which fall from their masters' table. [28] Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman,
great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very
hour.

Mark 9:21-22 KJV

And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child. [22] And
ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing,
have compassion on us, and help us.

Acts 26:21-22 KJV

For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me . [22] Having therefore
obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other
things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

Romans 8:26-27 KJV

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought:
but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. [27] And he that
searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the
saints according to the will of God.

Hebrews 4:15-16 KJV

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all
points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. [16] Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of
grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 13:5-6 KJV

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath
said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. [6] So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I
will not fear what man shall do unto me.
