Terms and Conditions

Warranty Terms

Solution:
- 5-Year limited warranty from the date of purchase
- System warranty will be covered only when installation is done by Sun Power
authorized technical team
Inverter:
- 10Year Warranty and 10 year Services contract
- System warranty will be covered only when installation is done by Sun Power
authorized technical team.
Panels:
- 12-year Replacement warranty and 25-year warranty with 80% power output.
Payment Terms:
- 80% payment with order confirmation.
- 20% Cheque Sun Power.
Validity
- 7 Days from the day of Quotation
Store of the material
- Customer will provide the proper and safe storage for the solar system material.
Technical Staff
- Customer makes sure the availability of his electrical technician at the
commissioning of the system and customer will appoint a person for operation and
maintenance training for the solar system.
- 2 week lead time required.
Note:
- AC, DC Wire and Earthing pits third party certification and inspection cost included in
the above quotation.
Maintenance Terms
- 1 Year Complete Solar system warranty for parts & service (Including two free visits
of site for onsite maintenance)
- 24/7 Online monitoring and services & troubleshooting will be provided to client
- In case of any major fault, our engineer will reach site within 48hrs of intimation of
the fault.
- Regular panels cleaning with water is client's responsibility to get better
performance
- Complete Solar system production & consumption data monitoring will be provided
online on computer and Mobile app

Assumptions.
- Installation site to be based in Lahore Region,
- Duration of the whole job shall not take more than 12 working days,
- Working time for the whole job shall be flexible, night time shift to be allowed,
