reverse poem, name poem; short story; memes; riddles;
comics; portraits)
o One (1) adapted literary piece from (Philippines – Luzon,
Visayas, Mindanao; or World – Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin
America) and must have guiding questions and information
about the author
o Table of contents
o Author’s Profiling
o Other special contents
 Outputs must be submitted as one (by group) in a soft bound
copy.
 The cover should be personally made and must reflect the cover’s
description or explanation.
 It should be submitted on or before the agreed scheduled date
and time.
