C2: This is so unfair. We don’t have to buy anything British anymore. We are working FOR them. All we do is work and all they do is take or money. C3: People say King George lost a great deal of money due to buying expensive supplies for his army. Of course he needs the money! The worst thing is we don’t even have a voice in the British Parliament. C1: The Congress needs to speak for us. We need to be independent. ALL: No taxation without representation! *Congress discussing independence* CM1: This is getting out of control. Our men are dying, people are unhappy with the British Rule. There is hostility and war. Poverty and despair. We need to vote. CM2: Those in favor to have a free nation from the British Rule, please sign this document CM3: What does the document say?
