Mucus

Mucus is basically the gooey stuff in our noses. It helps us breathe by protecting
the airways and keeping things moving along smoothly. In cannabis, mucus is known
to have many medicinal purposes; it's often used as a topical remedy and sometimes
ingested.

2. Saliva

Saliva is also referred to as spit; it contains water, enzymes, antibodies,

hormones, vitamins, minerals, and bile. It is produced by glands in the mouth and
passes through small tubes called salivary ducts to the back of the throat where it
combines with gastric juices. Saliva keeps food moist and aids digestion. When you
eat sugar-based foods, it causes saliva production to increase.

3. Tears

Tears are a simple solution for losing weight. If we cry, it results in tears being
released from the eyes. The release of these liquids makes us feel refreshed and
cleanses the body.

4. Spitting

Sputtering (spit) refers to the action of spitting out something unwanted. As a

result of a bad taste in your mouth, coughing, or any other means of expelling
matter from your body, spittle is a physical activity that occurs naturally. Most
people do it at least once a day and some even do it several times per hour. To get
rid of excess phlegm while sleeping, cough, or breathing through a straw, sputum
can help.

5. Sweat

Sweating is a normal bodily function that removes toxins from the body. In humans,
sweating helps regulate temperature by evaporation and cooling of the skin. It can
also cool down the core of the body, thereby slowing the heart rate and reducing
blood pressure. Sweating may occur due to exercise, fever, emotional stress,
exposure to high temperatures and humidity, poor hygiene, infection, alcohol
consumption, and drugs. Marijuana smokers tend to sweat a lot.

6. Vaginal Secretion

Vaginal secretions are fluids that naturally flow from the vagina. These fluids
lubricate the vagina and protect it from bacteria. Bacteria cannot survive in
vaginal fluid because it has higher amounts of acid than the rest of the body.
However, if a woman has gonorrhea she might experience a runny nose, headache, low
appetite, nausea, and vaginal discharge. Herbs and vegetables can cure gonorrhea.

7. Urine

Urine is the liquid excretion that comes out of the kidneys after urine filtrates
from the bladder through the ureters to the urinary tract. Urine is sterile,
alkaline, and extremely salty. Other chemicals present in the urine are sodium,
chloride, and potassium. Urination and defecation are two different processes, but
they both involve stool passing through the rectum and anus.
