    STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

    Nowadays we know that most of the students are in Synchronous classes and uses devices for

    them to attend a synchronous class, so we researchers aim to know the relationship of academic

    performance and satisfaction level in terms of device in Synchronous Learning. Specifically, the

    researcher aims to know the answer to the following questions:

    General Problem

    Is there a significant relationship between satisfaction rate in terms of the device to synchronous

    learning of a students' academic performance?

    Specific Problems

    1. What are the devices that the students mostly use during Synchronous Learning?

    2. Why satisfaction rate in terms of device have relationship to the academic performance of

    the student?

    3. What are the grades that the student got in the 1st and 2nd semester does the satisfaction

    rate in terms of device help the students to improve their academic performance?

    4. What are the rates of students in terms of satisfaction on using his or her device in

    synchronous learning?
    Questionnaire:

    1. Does having a problem on the device affect your performance in synchronous

    learning? (Rate – 10)

    2. What kind of device are you using for synchronous learning?

    Smart phone Desktop

    Laptop Tablet

    3. How much you are satisfied on the device that you are using? (Rate 1-10)

    4. Do you experience any issue on your device while in synchronous class?

    A. Yes

    B. No

    5. If yes, how much it affect your performance in class? Rate 1-10

    6. How much you are satisfied in terms of the performance of your device? Rate 1-10

    7. What is your grade in the First semester?

    8. What is your grade in the Second Semester?

    9. Rate 1-10 Does being satisfied in your device helps you to improve your academic

    performance in 1st semester to 2nd semester?
