STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Nowadays we know that most of the students are in Synchronous classes and uses devices for
them to attend a synchronous class, so we researchers aim to know the relationship of academic
performance and satisfaction level in terms of device in Synchronous Learning. Specifically, the

Is there a significant relationship between satisfaction rate in terms of the device to synchronous

1. What are the devices that the students mostly use during Synchronous Learning?
2. Why satisfaction rate in terms of device have relationship to the academic performance of
the student?
3. What are the grades that the student got in the 1st and 2nd semester does the satisfaction
rate in terms of device help the students to improve their academic performance?
4. What are the rates of students in terms of satisfaction on using his or her device in
synchronous learning?
